Jincheng (Kinmen)

Jincheng, also Kincheng or Chincheng (Chinese金 城镇, Pinyin Jincheng Zhen, Tongyong Pinyin Jincheng Jhen, W.-G. Chin- ch'eng -Tin, Golden City ') is a town (镇) on the front of the coast of mainland China lying island Kinmen, which is administered by the Republic of China on Taiwan.

The place is located in the southeast of Kinmen and is the capital of the district of Kinmen. In addition, Jincheng is the administrative seat of the areas controlled by the Republic of China, part of Fujian province to the next Kinmen heard the Matsu archipelago. In Jincheng of Kinmen is the port from where there are regular ferry connections to mainland China.
