Joachim Jose

Joachim Jose (* 1961) is professor of pharmaceutical and medical chemistry at the Westfälische Wilhelms -Universität Münster and focuses mainly on the exploration of evolutionary development of compounds and biocatalysts by bacterial surface display.

Life

He studied biology ended Joachim Jose in 1994 at the University of Saarland. After graduation, he worked as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Biology in Tübingen. In 2004 he received the C3 professor of Bioanalysis, Institute of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry, Heinrich- Heine- University of Dusseldorf and was there from 2008 to February 2011, a managing director. Since March 2011 he has worked as W3 - Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
