John Alexander (actor)
John Alexander ( born November 29, 1897 in Newport, Kentucky, † July 13, 1982 in New York City ) was an American actor.
Alexander's first appearance was in 1902 in the play called " The Children of the King". Then he played some minor roles before he got to the movie. He became famous for the role of " Teddy Brewster " in Arsenic and Old Lace, as well as Theodore Roosevelt in various films. His last film was " Car 54, Where Are You" in 1961.
