John Attlee, 3rd Earl Attlee

John Richard Attlee, 3rd Earl Attlee ( born October 3, 1956) is a British politician ( Conservative Party ) and peer.

Career

Attlee was born on October 3, 1956 Attlee as the son of Martin Richard Attlee, 2nd Earl and Anne Barbara Henderson.

He inherited the title of Earl Attlee in 1991, is since the House of Lords on. He was initially Cross Bencher, 1997, he moved to the Tories. Three times he was Whip of the Opposition: 1997-1999, 2002-2005 and again since 2007.

He is the grandson of Clement Attlee and has a younger sister, Lady Jane Elizabeth Attlee ( b. 1959 ). Attlee is married to Celia Jane Plummer since 1993.
