John Clarke (physicist)
John Clarke ( born February 10, 1942 in Cambridge ) is an English physicist and professor of experimental physics at the University of California at Berkeley.
Clarke received the BA, MA and Ph.D. in physics from Cambridge University in the years 1964, 1968 and 1968. He has provided significant contributions in the field of superconductivity.
Clarke in 1986 a Fellow of the Royal Society and in May 2012 appointed as a foreign associate of the National Academy of Sciences.
