John Gray (director)

John Gray (* in Brooklyn, New York City ) is an American screenwriter and director.

Life

Gray began his career in 1982 as director of the television series Power House. The series, which, inter alia Henry Winkler appeared, was discontinued after eight episodes. In 1986, he led in its screenplay directed the film drama Billy Galvin with Lenny from jackdaws and Karl Malden in the lead roles. From the late 1980s he worked as a director and writer in several television movies, including Hunley - diving trip in the death and Helter Skelter. In 1996, he turned with Steven Seagal starring one of his few feature films.

2005 Gray developed the series Ghost Whisperer - Ghost Whisperer. By 2010, he worked for the series as a director, producer and consultant. He is married to the film producer Melissa Jo Peltier since 2006, from the marriage went a child.
