John Mabuku

John Mabuku (* in the 20th century; † 13 July 2008) was a Namibian Governor of the Caprivi region (today Zambezi ), Caprivi Autonomist and member of the Democratic gym Alliance ( DTA). After the unsuccessful uprising of 1998, he fled with Mishake Mujongo to Botswana.

In Botswana, he continued his work as a leading member of the United Democratic Party in the refugee camp Kagisong. He helped Mujongo, who was then in Denmark.

On 13 July 2008 John Mabuku died after a lengthy illness.
