John Wood, the Younger

John Wood the Younger ( baptized February 25, 1727 or 1728 in Bath, † June 18, 1782 ) was an English architect.

The son of John Wood the Elder built especially churches and country houses. In addition, he completed the projects, which had begun his father in Bath.

With the local circus, he developed the design of the Crescent, which was also used among others in London.
