Johnson Neck is a relatively low-lying ice-covered isthmus in West Antarctica, which connects the Dott ice rise to the east side of Pioneer Heights.

Johnson Neck was mapped by the United States Geological Survey as part of the acquisition of the Heritage Range in the years 1961-1966 through site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. The U.S. Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names called the isthmus by Douglas J. Johnson, who in 1965 as a meteorologist at the U.S. research station worked Byrd Station.
