Jojo Moyes

Jojo Moyes (born 1969 in London) is a British journalist and writer.

Life

Jojo Moyes grew up in London and worked out of school in several occupations before they both at Bedford College and at the Royal Holloway, University of London colleges, respectively, studied. With a financed by The Independent Scholarship, which she won in 1992, she was finally able to successfully study journalism at City University London. With the exception that they lived for a year in Hong Kong in 1994 and wrote for the Sunday Morning Post, Moyes then worked for almost ten years at the Independent in different functions.

With her husband and their three children Moyes lives in Saffron Walden, in the county of Essex.
