Jonas Leandersson

Jonas Leandersson ( born January 22, 1990 in Karlstad ) is a Swedish orienteers.

Leandersson won at the Junior World Championships in 2010 in Aalborg, Denmark silver on the middle distance and bronze in the sprint. The following year, he started for the first time in World Cup runs of the assets. 2012 at the European Championships in Falun, he already won a gold medal at his first major international championships. When Sprint in the city park Falun, he referred to the Bulgarians Kiril Nikolov to second place. Together with Fredrik Johansson and Anders Holmberg he also won the silver medal in the relay behind the Swiss team. At the World Championships two months later in Lausanne, the Swedish squadron with Leandersson, Peter Öberg and Anders Holmberg won the bronze medal behind the Czech Republic and Norway. Gold went to the Finns Mårten Boström before the British Scott Fraser.
