Jonas Myrin (* 1982 in Örebro, Sweden ) is a Grammy -nominated musician from Sweden who was especially known by the single Day of the Battle.

Biography
Life
As the son of missionaries lived Jonas et al in Russia, South Africa, Iceland and Scandinavia. He attended the Risbergska Skolan High School, where he graduated his studies a year earlier. He then moved at the age of 17 years to London, where he studied acting and music at the University in London. At a young age, Jonas insbesonderem appeared as Swedish dubbing voice of different cartoon characters in appearance.
Musical career
His musical career began as the front man of Swedish music group A Jam, whose style was mainly influenced by the Beatles and David Bowie. At 17, Jonas Myrin eventually moved to London and studied music and theater arts. A short time later, he had made itself a name as a songwriter for other ( international ) artists and lived for a time in London, Nashville, Los Angeles and Stockholm.
By 2012, appeared the song Day Of The Battle as a pre-release single from the album Dreams Plan Everything. This helped him especially great popularity in Germany, where the track even climbed into the top half of chart and stayed there 13 weeks. The official music video was filmed on June 27, 2012. It is the first music video was to be used in the real fire.
In Sweden, was released on May 31, 2013 his second single, Dead Alive, from the album Dreams Everything plan, which is to be released on June 28, 2013 worldwide. In many other countries, Dead Alive was released only on 14 June 2013. Celebrate this has so far not charting.

Jonas Myrin has songs for and with international artists such as Natasha Bedingfield, John Hill (Shakira, Christina Aguilera, MIA), Scratch ( The Roots ), Bjorn Yttling (Peter Bjorn and John ), Kleerup ( Robyn ), Iain Archer ( Snow Patrol, Tired Pony), Joel Pott ( Athlete ), Justin Hawkins ( the Darkness ) and Guy Sigsworth (Madonna, Bjork, Imogen Heap ) written and 2011 was nominated for one of his songs for the American Grammy.
