Jonathan Douglas ( 2005)

Jonathan Douglas ( born November 22, 1981 in Monaghan ) is an Irish football player.

Career

The midfielder began his career in the youth team of Blackburn Rovers. He was brought into the first team in 2001. In 2002 he went on loan to FC Chesterfield. In 2003, he repeated it and went on loan to FC Blackpool. In the 2004/05 season he played for a year in his parent club Blackburn Rovers. From the season 2005/ 06 he played at Leeds United in the summer of 2009 he was obliged to Swindon Town.

Douglas graduated previous eight games in the Irish national football team.

Achievements

• Once the English League Cup winner in 2002 with Blackburn Rovers
