Jonathan Ligali (born 28 May 1991, Montpellier ) is a French football goalkeeper.

Career

Ligali first played in Jacou football before moving to Montpellier. There he was employed from 2008 to the second team. A year later he first debuted in the French U-18 and a little later in the U-19 selection. Later, he also played for the U-20 and participated in the U-20 World Cup 2011, and came to the semifinals. In the same year he signed his first professional contract with Montpellier. Nevertheless, he was still employed in the second team, with which he rose from the fourth to the fifth division. He was able to celebrate in 2012 with the French Championship for his first title, without having been involved in it. On 1 December 2012 Ligali came at 0-1 against Olympique Lyon at his first game for the first team and thus his Erstligadebüt. He replaced while the injured goalkeeper Geoffrey Jourdren and Laurent Pionnier. Three days later he came in the 1-1 draw against FC Schalke 04 on his debut in the UEFA Champions League.
