Jong Yong-ok

Jong Yong -ok (born 24 January 1981) is a North Korean marathoner.

In 2000, she was third at the Pyongyang Marathon, which she won the following year. In 2002, she finished sixth at the Beijing Marathon, in which she had come in the previous year to ninth place. In 2003 she was runner-up in Pyongyang. In the Xiamen marathon was in 2004 and 2005 Seventh Fifth. A second place in Pyongyang Marathon 2006 was followed by a second victory in 2007, this time with the course record and personal best time of 2:26:02. In 2009, she was third in Pyongyang.
