Joon Wolfsberg

Joon Wolfsberg (* March 8, 1992 in Cologne) is a German singer- songwriter from Erfurt.

Life

Training

Joon Wolfsberg attended since the age of 6 the State Music School in Erfurt, received piano, drums and singing lessons. Her father Joseph Wolfsberg showed her at the age of 14 years, the first guitar chords. The Guitar Learning to play Joon Wolfsberg autodidact. Zach Allen then offered to produce the album. Musicians such as Dave Roe (last bassist for Johnny Cash), Buddy Hyatt ( pianist with Toto ), Shawn Fichter ( Drummer of Peter Frampton ) and other U.S. music greats promised to take up the debut album (Made in USA) together with Joon Wolfsberg. The recordings were made in January and February 2011 in the tracking room studio. In April 2011, first a digital version of their debut album on download portals such as iTunes or Amazon was offered for sale. Due to the demand and the physical copy for sale was published on May 14, 2011.

Especially the song " Please" reached mainly in Switzerland and has since achieved cult status ( SRF) played regularly by the Swiss Radio and Television at Radio Swiss Pop. The album " Made in USA" was later distributed in the United States in the mainstream music scene in Los Angeles. This led to contact with the band members of the U.S. band Blind Melon.

Joon Wolfsberg liked the music of Blind Melon. Therefore, you with them from Januar until April 2012 recorded her second album "Wonderland".
