Jorge Bolaño

Jorge Eladio Bolaño ( born April 28, 1977 in Santa Marta ) is a Colombian football player, he plays on the position of a defensive midfielder.

Career

Bolaño began his career with Atlético Junior in Barranquilla. Here he came to a total of 145 games and scored 10 goals. In 1998, he also belonged to the Colombian squad for the World Cup 1998. For season 2000/ 01 he moved abroad for the first time, to the AC Parma in the Italian Serie A. At Parma he was regularly employed, but he was for the 2002 season / 03 on loan at Sampdoria. There, however, he came to no use, and returned after a season back to Parma, to the newly founded Parma, back. During the winter break, he was awarded again, this time to the league rivals U.S. Lecce. For the season 2004 /05 he returned to Parma, where he was used regularly. In 2007 he moved to FC Modena.
