Jorge Cardoso

Jorge Cardoso ( born January 26, 1949 in Posadas, completely Jorge Rubén Cardoso Warrior) is an Argentine composer, guitarist and physician.

Cardoso has composed so far more than 400 works, primarily for guitar .. The greatest notoriety is likely to have reached its "Milonga "; this piece was recorded among others by David Russell on his Grammy -nominated album " Aire Latino " (2004). Cardoso's music is generally heard on more than 170 recordings.

He wrote several musical and musicological writings, his most important teaching work " Ciencia y método de la técnica guitarrística " (1973 /74) was translated into several languages. As a guitarist, Cardoso won at the age of 14 years, the first prize of the " Primer Festival de la Música Litoraleña " other prizes followed.
