Jorge Wagner Goes Conceição ( born November 17, 1978 in Feira de Santana ), better known as Jorge Wagner, is a Brazilian footballer. He currently plays with the Japanese first division club Kashiwa Reysol.

Club career

Jorge Wagner comes from the youth department of the EC Bahia, where he was also included in the first team in 1998. For the 2001 season he moved to Cruzeiro EC to Belo Horizonte, with whom he won the state championship of Minas Gerais in both years. After these successes, the Brazilian left his homeland for the first time to hire at Lokomotiv Moscow, which recently won the Russian championship for the first time in club history. But Jorge Wagner could not sit down and was awarded after half a year at Corinthians. As a regular player he arrived there in the canceled season still 18 league bets and won with his team at the end of the season the state championship of São Paulo. Back in Moscow, he played throughout the 2004 season, a total of only six league games for locomotive and was thus rarely contribute anything to win the championship.

For the 2005 season he left Moscow and moved to SC Internacional, where he again in his first season with the club winning the respective state championship. Half a year after winning this title, Jorge Wagner went again to Europe. The Spanish first division club Real Betis had obliged the midfield for 2 million euros. But even in Spain, he was never able to really enforce and therefore was awarded as in Moscow, after half a year back to Brazil. Arrived at Sao Paulo he immediately became a regular player and was instrumental in winning the league title. For the 2008 season be Leihverein São Paulo bought it then final. At the end of the season, the midfielder was able to successfully defend his team the championship.
