José Luís Mumbiela Sierra

José Luís Mumbiela Sierra ( born May 27, 1969 in Monzón ) is a Spanish priest and bishop of the Diocese of the Holy Trinity to Almaty.

Life

José Luís Mumbiela Sierra received on 25 June 1995, the ordination. Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on March 5, 2011 for the Bishop of the Holy Trinity to Almaty.

He received his episcopal consecration the Apostolic Nuncio in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Miguel Maury Buendia, on 8 May of the same year; Co-consecrators were Carlos Manuel Escribano Subías, Bishop of Teruel y Albarracin, and Tomasz Peta, Archbishop of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Astana.
