Josep de Boltas

Josep de Boltas (* 1738 in Oran, † December 8, 1795 in Guissona ) was Bishop of Urgell and from 31 March 1785 to the December 8, 1795 Co-Prince of Andorra.

During his term of office he performed valuable work in economic, health and social sectors. During the French Revolution he remained neutral in order to avoid problems along the way.
