Joseph Ma Yinglin

Joseph Ma Yinglin (Chinese马英林, Mǎ Yinglin; * 1965) is since 30 April 2006 bishop of Kunming Chinese state church, Chinese Catholic Patriotic Association ( KPV), and since 2010 Chairman of the Bishops' Conference.
