Joseph Mruk

Joseph Mruk ( born November 6, 1903 in Buffalo, New York, † January 21, 1995 in Lancaster, New York ) was an American politician.

Mruk, who was working as jeweler, was from 1937 until his resignation on December 22, 1942 as a member of the City Council of Buffalo on. In the same year he was elected as a Republican to the 78th Congress, and represented in the U.S. House of Representatives from 3 January 1943 to January 3, 1945 New York State. Mruk 1947 was again elected to the city council of Buffolo and has held the office of mayor from 1 January 1950 to 31 December 1953.
