Joseph Schnitzer

Joseph Carver ( born June 15, 1859 in Lauingen, Swabia, † December 2, 1939 in Munich) was a German Catholic theologian and church historian who was suspended as a Modernist church in 1908.

His main interest was Jerome Savonarola, whose sermons and writings about which he published his four-volume magnum opus in selection translated into German (1928) and.
