Josephine Sticker

Josephine Sticker ( * July 7, 1894 in Vienna, † unknown) was an Austrian swimmer.

At the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912 for the first time were swimming competition for women on the program. On July 8 different stickers in the 100 - meter freestyle competition of the third lead. On July 15, 1912 Margarete Adler, Klara milk, Josephine Sticker and Bertha Zahourek won the bronze medal in the 4x100 -meter freestyle relay behind the squadrons from the United Kingdom and Germany. Thus, the four swimmers were the first Austrian women, who won an Olympic medal.
