Josh Radnor

Josh Radnor ( born July 29, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio as Joshua Thomas Radnor ) is an American actor, director and screenwriter. He is best known for his starring role of Ted Mosby in the U.S. sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

Life

Josh Radnor was born on 29 July 1974 in Columbus, the son of lawyer Alan Radnor and his wife Carol. He has two sisters, Melanie and Joanna Radnor Radnor Vilensky. Josh Radnor grew up in Bexley, a suburb of Columbus, on and attended the Bexley High School and later Kenyon College, where one the Paul Newman Acting Trophy awarded him. He also visited the Orthodox Jewish School Columbus Torah Academy and was educated in the spirit of Conservative Judaism.

Career
