Joshua Grenier

Joshua Grenier (born 16 July 1979, Manchester, New Hampshire) is a former American football player.

Grenier first played hockey before he started playing football. During college he was one of the best hockey players, which earned him several offers from the NHL, but he refused because of his studies and instead opted for football. In the U.S., he played for the New Hampshire College and Clayton College & State University and was at this time in 2000, an "All American ". The beginning of 2003 changed the beefy center-back at that Oberliga side TuS Koblenz.

Since " Josh " was still left to the end of the 2008 season as the only player besides Philipp Langen from the Oberliga time, he enjoyed great popularity among the fans of TuS. After the 2007/2008 season he announced his retirement during the summer break from Koblenz. He tried to continue his career in the future in the U.S. professional league MLS. However, when he is not attractive club found within his native New Hampshire, he decided to end his footballing career and has since worked as a computer specialist.

His greatest successes are the promotion to the Regionalliga in 2004, the rise in the 2nd Bundesliga in 2006 and the two-time winning the Rhineland Cup (2005 and 2006)
