Joshua Malina

Joshua Malina ( born January 17, 1966 in New Rochelle, New York ) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Will Bailey on the television series The West Wing - The West Wing.

Life and career

Malina graduated from Yale University, which he left with a bachelor's degree. His first engagement as an actor had a role in the Broadway play A Few Good Men, whose Aaron Sorkin was 1989. Malina and Sorkin working in the following years together frequently, among other things, in The American President (1995), Sports Night (1998-2000 ) and The West Wing - The West Wing (73 episodes, 2002-2006). In 2012, he took a supporting role in the romantic comedy The First Time - Your first time you'll never forget! . While he played in the first season of Scandal a supporting role, he was promoted to the beginning of the second season as the star.

In addition to acting is Malina inventor and producer of the poker show Celebrity Poker Showdown.

He is married and has two children.
