Joyeuse, Ardèche

Joyeuse is a municipality with 1669 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the French department Ardèche.

Geography

The municipality is located in a wide valley on the river Beaume. The northern flank of a mountain range, south of Beaune and the Joyeuse breaks through a karst landscape into Ardèchetal by. The municipality is part of the Regional Natural Park of Monts d' Ardèche.
