The Juba Stadium is a football stadium in the southern Sudanese capital of Juba. In 1962 built the stadium South Sudanese national football team carries out their home games. 2011, the 12,000 spectators bidding complex was renovated; which was financed by the Petronas Oil Company. On 9 July 2011, a first Fußallbegegnung was held in the renovated stadium; it played South Sudan against the Kenyan Tusker FC first division In Juba Stadium, the first official international match after the independence of South Sudan took place on 10 July 2012; Opponent was Uganda. On 3 March 2013, the South Sudanese club Club El Nasir wore his first round match in the CAF Confederation Cup 2013 against the Tanzanian representative Azam FC in from Juba Stadium.
