Juli Minoves Triquell

July Minoves i Triquell ( born August 15, 1969 in Andorra la Vella ) is an Andorran diplomat and author.

Life

Minoves studied economics ( University of Fribourg) and Political Science ( Yale University).

From 12 April 2001 to 7 May 2007 was Minoves Foreign Minister of Andorra. He then was appointed Minister of Public Relations ( Government Spokesman ), culture and higher education appointed. Between December 2007 and May 2009 he was minister of public affairs, economic development, tourism, culture and universities.

Prior to his ministerial offices Minoves Andorra served as a permanent ambassador to the United Nations, Ambassador for the United States of America, for Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Finland and the World Trade Organization.

Minoves is Vice President and a member of the office ( elected twice ) from Liberal International. He received his Ph.D. in 2011 in political science at Yale University. Since autumn 2012 he teaches as " Assistant Professor of Political Science" at the University of La Verne, California.

Publications

He is the author of several works of fiction, including " Segles de Memòria ", a 1989 awarded the Fiter i Rossell - price amendment.
