Julie McCullough

Julie McCullough ( born January 30, 1965 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is an American actress.

Life and achievements

McCullough was in February 1986 Playmate of Playboy magazine, which cost them the previously obtained title Azalea Queen of Wilmington. As an actress she made her debut in an episode of the TV series Who 's the Boss? from the year 1987. In the action-comedy Big Bad Mama II ( 1987) by Jim Wynorski she starred with Angie Dickinson one of the major roles. In 1990, she is said to have lost their role in Growing Pains, because Kirk Cameron, star of the series, her resented the Playboy shots. In the film drama In the Living Years ( 1994) McCullough appeared in a major role opposite Mario Van Peebles; one of the major roles they took in sports drama The St. Tammany Miracle of the same year. In action thriller Showdown ( 1997) she played alongside Peter Weller, Dennis Hopper, Tia Carrere and Joe Pantoliano. In the comedy West from North Goes South (2004), which won two awards at the Beverly Hills Film Festival, she embodied a dream woman.

McCullough published some poems, for which she was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Poetry and Poet Of Merit Award from the International Society of Poets. She was married in 2001 to 2003 with the actor David Sutcliffe.
