Julien Fouchard

Julien Fouchard ( born August 20, 1986) is a French road racing cyclist.

Julien Fouchard won the 2008 Circuit du Morbihan and the third stage of the Tour Nivernais Morvan after Nivers. He also finished third in the one-day races Redon Redon. In the fall Fouchard occupied at the U23 Paris-Tours host of third place behind Tony Gallopin. In the Individual Time Trial Chrono des Nations he won the race in the U23 class by itself.
