Julio Bocca

Julio Bocca ( ​​born March 6, 1967 in Munro, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina) is an Argentine ballet dancers of the 20th century and probably the most important Argentine classical dancers.

Life

Born in Greater Buenos Aires, he started four years to take ballet lessons. At seven, he was inducted into the " Escuela Nacional de Danza " and moved a year later included in the " Instituto Superior de Artes " of the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires.

There he quickly fell out with its above-average talent and entered in 1981, at the age of 14 years, the " Compañía de Ballet de Cámara del Teatro Colón " in. A year later, he has performed as a solo dancer in a production of Flemming Flindt. In 1985, he won the Gold Medal at the International Ballet Competition in Moscow and was offered a contract with the American Ballet Theatre ( ABT) offered.
