Julio Cardeñosa

Julio Cardeñosa Rodríguez ( born October 27, 1949 in Valladolid ) is a former Spanish footballer.

Playing career

Cadeñosa began his career in 1969 in his parent club Real Valladolid. In 1974 he moved to Real Betis Seville, where he was able in 1977 to win the Spanish Cup. He finished his career in 1985 with a collected item.

Internationally, he played eight times for Spain. He participated in the World Cup in Argentina in 1978 in part (Spain difference in the group stage ). In the European Football Championship 1980 in Italy Cardeñosa was also in the squad. The Spaniards left again in the group stage.
