Julio César Romero

Julio César Romero Insfrán, also called Romerito ( born August 28, 1960 in Luque, Paraguay ) is a former Paraguayan football player.

From Pele he is counted among the 125 greatest living football players and 100 was taken from him as the only Paraguayans in FIFA. 1985 Romerito was voted South America's Footballer of the Year.
