Junko Sakurada

Junko Sakurada (Japanese桜 田 淳 子Junko Sakurada, born April 14, 1958 in Akita, Japan ) is a Japanese actress and singer.

In 1972, she made ​​her debut as a singer. At the same time it was known in Japan as an actress in the television series Star tanjo. Since then, she has appeared in numerous films and television series, and also worked as a presenter.

In the adventure film The Bärenfänger from the year 1987, she starred alongside Takahiro Tamura. For the presentation in this film she won the Hochi Film Award and the Kinema Junpo Award for Best Supporting Actress. For the Japanese Academy Award, she was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress, but was beaten Rino Katase ( Yoshiwara enjo and Gokudo no onna - tachi 2).
