K42

K42 is an experimental kernel from IBM. It is open source and is subject to the LGPL. The aim of the project is to create a kernel that is compatible with the Linux API and ABI, and scale very well, so he, with several CPUs can be used for computers, typically servers and guaranteeing the best results there as well.

Currently, the K42 is capable of running on PowerPC.
