Kaitlyn Lawes

Kaitlyn Lawes ( born December 16, 1988 in Winnipeg, Manitoba ) is a Canadian curler.

She won twice in a row with their team, the Canadian Junior Championships and thus qualified for each of the Junior Curling Championship. There she won bronze and silver.

In the 2009/2010 season, she played as a third in the team of Skip Cathy King. After the 2010 World Cup Cathy Overton - Clapham she replaced in the squad by Jennifer Jones.

On February 20, 2014, it won the gold medal in the team of Jennifer Jones at the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. Canada defeated Sweden 6-3.
