Kano (Rapper)

Kano (born 21 May 1985 in London, City borough of Newham, East Ham district; civil Kane Brett Robinson ) is a British grime rapper. His grandparents came as Jamaican immigrants to Britain. He was formerly a major constituent of the London music group NASTY (Natural Artistic Sounds Touching You) Crew.

Biography

In his youth Kano attended Langdon Comprehensive School in Newham, where his mother is a teacher for Netball. Later Kano graduated from a graphic design studies at the University of Barking. In his youth he was an avid soccer player and was already playing at the age of 13 years for the clubs Chelsea FC, ​​Junior Hammers and Norwich City. But soon he ended his sports career and turned to the music. Kano was in the British Grime scene known when he first appearances with NASTY had. After Kano began his solo career and worked on his first solo album, Home Sweet Home ( 2005). With the release of his solo single " P 's & Q's ", which was published as a 12 " vinyl record, Kano celebrated in the underground scene first major success and became famous.
