Kapellenklippe

The chapel cliff located near the glassworks path at the corner racing mountain in the Harz on the territory of the town of Wernigerode. The cliff is very remote in the Harz National Park and is only accessible via unmarked paths. To visit the companion of a ranger is recommended. The summit of the cliff reaches a height of 927 m above sea level. NN and looks similar to a bell. The cliff is a popular destination for climbers. From its summit there are views of the Brocken. The cliff is almost completely overgrown with pine trees and stands only a few feet above the treetops beyond.
