Kapf (Egenhausen)

In the northern Black Forest, about halfway between Freudenstadt and Calw, perched the Egenhäuser Kapf with 635 m above sea level. NN is the highest elevation on the Bömbachtal; Crow about eight km ( north- ) west of Nagold or about three kilometers south- east of the old gate, between the municipalities Egenhausen and forest village.

It is home to much of the nature and landscape protection area " Egenhäuser Kapf with Bömbachtal ". Since 1969 carries the " Egenhäuser Kapf " the award conservation area. On the Egenhäuser Kapf the Evangelical sports and leisure home Kapf is located. It belongs to the Evangelical Youth in Württemberg. Since 1950, the grounds for conducting camps will be used at the beginning of the 1960s, the leisure center was built.
