Kappo

Kappo (Japanese活 法, dt "revival method" ) is an ancient healing methods collection from Japan, contains the measures for first aid and other health problems. It is often taught by teachers of Asian martial arts, and was transmitted by them.

In the West it has become known as " Kuatsu ".

In many ways beats or percussion techniques are used. These cause certain reflexes of the body, their modes of action are now clarified by modern medicine. It may also be taught handles and other types of measures. And from the transition region to the Shiatsu techniques exist, which, in contrast to most kappo techniques rely on manipulation of meridian points.
