Karashi

Karashi (Japanese芥子or辛 子) is the Japanese name for a spicy brown mustard and is supplied ready for use as a paste in tubes or mix with water as a powder in cans.

Karashi used in odes and other Japanese dishes. Depending on the court Karashi individually or in association with wasabi serve as a spice.
