Karim Aouadhi

Karim Ben Hassan Aouadhi ( born May 2, 1986 in Mégrine ) is a Tunisian football player.

Career

Karim Aouadhi comes from northern Tunisia and started to play football with his hometown club, the unterklassigen AS Mégrine. He drew attention to himself and was appointed to the U-21 national team. At age 21, he moved to the capital to Club Africain Tunis, the Tunisian first league. In his first year, the club secured his twelfth championship. But Aouadhi was then in September 2008 once loaned to the United Arab Emirates to Al Wahda Abu Dhabi. After a year he returned to Tunis and established himself as a defensive midfielder. In 2010 he was awarded the runner-up Club Africain.

The following year, the game operation in the country was delayed because of Jasmine Revolution. Aouadhi had played fourteen league games and four games in the African Champions League while achieving a total of five gates, then he moved to the German second division club Fortuna Dusseldorf before the season was finished in Tunisia. He had decided against an offer from the Belgian first division club RSC Anderlecht and went to Germany, where he studied two brothers. However, he had problems to settle in and to compete against the established players in the team, especially as they played very successfully. So the tall Tunisians had come after 15 match days only at a single brief appearance, in which he also inflicted a penalty. End of December 2011 was dissolved at the request of contract with Fortuna Dusseldorf Aouadhis. The Tunisians gave as a reason "major language problems ", which he did not overcome and therefore also sporty could not evolve.

On January 16, 2012 put the reigning champions Esperance Sportive de Tunis Tunisian Karim Aouadhi before signing.
