Karim Debbagh

Karim Debbagh ( born January 25, 1972 in Tangier ) is a Moroccan film producer.

Biography

Debbagh came to Germany in 1997 to study at the Film Academy Baden- Württemberg film production. His studies he finished 2002 with a diploma. After Karim Debbagh had then worked in Germany for several years as manufacturing and production manager, he retired in 2003 returned to his native city of Tangier, where he founded his own production company, Kasbah films tangier GmbH. With this, he produced and co-produced already some international films. Karim Debbagh was friends with the American composer and writer Paul Bowles.
