Karłowice Wielkie ( German wholesale Karlowitz ) is a Polish village in the rural community Kamiennik, powiat Nyski, Opole Voivodeship. 2011 there were 553 inhabitants.

Wholesale Karlowitz is the birthplace of the painter Eduard von Grützner.
