Kathryn Hunter

Kathryn Hunter ( born 1956 in New York City as Aikaterini Hadjipateras ) is a known primarily in the UK British actress and theater director.

Life

Hunter was born as the daughter of Greek parents in New York and then emigrated with her ​​parents from the UK. After her training as an actress at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, she now lives in London with her husband Marcello Magni.

In 1991 she won as best actress in the play The Visit an Olivier Award.
