Kathy Najimy
Kathy Najimy ( born February 6, 1957 in San Diego ) is an American actress.
Life
Najimys parents were Lebanese origin. Najimy is known primarily for her roles as Sister Mary Patrick in Sister Act and Sister Act 2 and the role as one of the Sanderson sisters, it embodies together with Bette Midler and Sarah Jessica Parker in Hocus Pocus.
Kathy Najimy married in August 1995 Dan Finnerty; their first daughter was born in 1996, whose godmother is Ellen DeGeneres. Najimy is known as an activist for gay rights, women's and human rights. She herself is bisexual and a vegetarian.
In 2004 she was chosen by Ms. Magazine Woman of the Year.
