Katie McGrath
Katherine " Katie " McGrath ( born October 24, 1983 in Dublin) is an Irish actress.
Life
Katie McGrath made at Trinity College Dublin with a degree in History. She wanted to work as a fashion journalist and therefore worked for the student magazine Image magazine, until she got a job as a wardrobe assistant on the series The Tudors.
While working on the show Katie McGrath was advised to try it with acting. So she sent photos of Irish agents. She got a small role in the fifth episode of the second season of the Tudors. She also appeared in the films Eden and Freakdog. Finally, she landed the role of Morgana in the series Merlin - The new adventure.
Katie McGrath also appeared on Channel 4 in the five-part film The Queen, which portrays the life of Queen Elizabeth II, in the role of the young Princess Margaret.
In 2011 she starred alongside Sir Roger Moore in A Princess for Christmas. In February 2013, it received a starring role as Lucy Westenra in the NBC television series Dracula alongside Jonathan Rhys Meyers.
